07/05/19 - Tuesday | Promotional poster

I haven't touched the promotional poster for less than a week by now. It's a good time to produce one now. Last week I chose a thumbnail to work on, which was B. So I sketched and then did the line art, coloured it in and added shading/ lighting. My usual process of digital painting. However this time around I tried filling a whole layer with colour and turned down the opacity, tired different layer type to choose the satisfying effect (with this i added a filter).

I tried saving it as high quality as possible, so when printing it on a larger piece of paper, it wont ruin the quality. This keeps things professional, although it is a larger file size. I will print this with the rest of the work i need to print later in school. This overall took me 2 and half hours.
