25/03/19 - Monday | Started Bread and Dessert research

Today I typed up 2 A4 pages of Art style analysis, as well as half a page of Films and inspirations. I've finished analysing the Different art styles I have researched so I print it out and stick it on to my sketchbook making notes for annotating later.

Now going back to my cake concept page in my sketchbook, which has a spare area at the bottom that I left for basic sketches for breads and desserts. I cut out a piece of watercolour paper, stuck on that part and sketched and outlined with ink. Leaving it for later, so that I can colour it in with a medium of my choice (most probably Watercolours).

Beginning my official written research on Bread bakeries and Patisseries and desserts on a word document. I was able to get my hands on a traditional resource, which is all about making bread and the process as well as the different breads there to make. I also found some video resources on YouTube of tours on bakery as well as a short documentary on bread making.
