My day off today, so worked on important research to make this animation believable like how a bakery works. I mentioned before that I began to research french bread and desserts as well as the shops.

I completed a whole A4 double page spread on word explaining bakeries in France, how bread is made, what a bakery needs. With references inserted.

This was really time consuming. As I had to reference a book I borrowed from the school library as well watch few videos on Youtube relating to french bakeries and bread making. (which I have referenced in my proposal as well). Next I will be researching patisserie and french desserts. Just like last year I'm uncomfortable using books, as It's a big hassle and I don't enjoy the research process as much.

For the rest of the day I completed audience research analysis on a word document, separate to the pitch bible, this time with more pictures and stats comparing to other cartoon TV series. Using Yougov lite profiles as a referencing stats tool, it was difficult to find material on this site, as it only contains really popular series, so i was only able to find Gravity falls.
